It can control up to 255 PTZ cameras.

Can this device stream live to YouTube?

No, it is only a controller for PTZ cameras and does not support live streaming.If you need live streaming, please check our KC800, KC602 and KC601 Pro models.

Can this PTZ controller adjust the pan/tilt speed of the camera?

Yes, you can control the movement speed of the PTZ camera in two ways: via pressure sensitivity and speed level settings.
